What We Are Looking For In You

  • Experience and Skills: Minimum 2 years of experience as Head Bartender or in similar positions in high-volume hotels, preferably with an All-Inclusive (AI) regime.
  • Leadership and Service Orientation: Proven ability to lead teams, inspire staff, and ensure excellent service at all points of sale.
  • Technical Knowledge of the Position: Proficiency in bar operations, management of multiple points of sale, HACCP, allergen management, and specialization in mixology.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with the team and guests. Spanish and English (operational level) essential.
  • Organization and Operational Management: Ability to plan, organize, and coordinate daily services, control inventories and costs, and ensure compliance with manuals and standards.
  • Customer Orientation: Approachable, positive, and professional attitude, focused on offering an exceptional guest experience.
  • Flexibility: Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Professional Profile: Proactive, organized, disciplined, problem-solving, and enthusiastic individual, with a clear orientation towards service and teamwork.

What You Will Do In This Role?

  • Comprehensive Department Management: Plan, organize, coordinate, and supervise the daily operations of the bar area.
  • Operational Control: Ensure compliance with the service, image, and quality standards defined by the company.
  • Safety and Hygiene: Ensure the correct application of Good Handling Practices, Allergen Management, and HACCP.
  • Leadership and Training: Instruct, motivate, and evaluate the team, promoting continuous service improvement.
  • Economic Management: Conduct inventories, control costs, analyze results, and propose corrective measures.
  • Mixology and Service: Supervise the beverage and cocktail offering, ensuring excellent presentation at all points of sale.
  • Customer Service: Guarantee a professional, friendly, and approachable treatment towards guests.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with operational manuals and company policies.

Position Requirements

  • Minimum Education: Hospitality training.
  • Residency: Roquetas de Mar or surrounding towns.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in similar positions in high-volume hotels with an AI regime.
  • Languages: Spanish and English.
  • Computer Skills: User level.
